Patent & Trademark Search
Ensure no one else already holds a patent on the idea. We work exclusively with registered attorneys that specialize in Trademark services. To ensure accuracy and completeness, all of our patent and trademark searches are performed at the United States Patent and Trademark Office in Arlington, Virginia. Many other companies perform local library or Internet searches, which do not produce reliable results.
The results of these first three steps are provided to you in a Product Profile Report, which includes a Marketability Report prepared by our staff, and a Legal Protection Report prepared by a registered patent and trademark attorney. The Product Profile is directly tailored to the client's idea or concept.
